Federal Employees Forms
Prior to your report date several new hire forms are required to be completed in order for the agency to create your personnel and payroll records. To help facilitate forms completion we have created a forms checklist Appendix A of the Onboarding Checklist, and all forms you may need for in-processing are listed below. Email all completed forms to the HR Specialist listed in your offer letter.
