TESS Acquisition Presentations

Following is a list of companies that have indicated an interest in the Technology and Enterprise Support Services (TESS) contract. This list is provided for informational purposes only.

Because there is a 100 person seating limit, priority will be given to those companies who previously expressed interest in TESS through their attendance at the TESS Industry Awareness Conference in October and/or the one-on-one market research courtesy visits before or after the TESS Industry Awareness Conference.  Dress for this event is business casual.

• The FRTIB will conduct a Presolicitation Conference on December 14, 2012, from 1:00 — 3:00 PM at the Marriott Inn & Conference Center, University of Maryland University College, 3501 University Boulevard E, Hyattsville, MD 20783.

  • Space is limited to 100. You must preregister and may do so only through TESS-PM@tsp.gov.  State "Presolicitation Conference Request" in the Subject line of your e-mail and provide your name and company.  Attendance is limited to 2 per Prospective Offeror.  Registration closes at 5 PM, Thursday, December 13. FRTIB will not post a list of attendees.

  • Attendance at the Presolicitation Conference is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal/bid submission and will not be considered in the evaluation.  After the conclusion of the conference, presentation materials will be posted at www.fbo.gov and www.frtib.gov.

• The TESS-CO@tsp.gov will be available beginning December 14, 2012.

Pages 24 and 84: The following changes have been made to scheduled activities addressed during the Industry Awareness Conference Presentation:

• The Draft RFP will be issued in early December and a comment period will be announced (www.fbo.gov and www.frtib.gov).

• The Final RFP will be issued in mid-January 2013 (same sites).

Pages 27 and 84: The date for contacting FRTIB regarding the Draft TESS SOW
posted September 28, 2012, is changed.  The new cutoff date is November 9; no
meetings will be held after that date.
